3 common mistakes when preparing your Celestial Degree
1. Do not use hot water
Celestial Grade Cacao is ground Creole cacao beans, and that's it. A pure and delicious product. Since it is cocoa without industrial processes, do not expect your Celestial Grade to dissolve in cold water, hot water is needed so that the cocoa can dissolve.
2. Do not blend or beat it
Your Heavenly Grade Cocoa can be dissolved with hot water, but you won't get a silky consistency if you don't blend or whisk it. I recommend putting it in the blender (nutribullet is my favorite) and if you don't have access to a machine, you can blend it with a kitchen globe too.
3. Not setting an intention
